Shipping policy

During the heat of the summer, we ship in fully insulated boxes with freezer packs. We really recommend 2-day delivery during the summer due to the heat. NOTE: Both the box and the bio-insulation are fully compostable!
Due to the speedy nature of our fulfillment center, once your order is placed we cannot change your shipping address, information, or delay/postpone your order. For any questions regarding your shipping information, contact Customer Service at contact@vlskincare.com .
The notes section in your order may not be used to change address, delay/postpone your order, or make any adjustments in fulfillment as the fulfillment process is automated and the notes will not be taken into account.
Please note that once your order has left our fulfillment center and is in the hands of the shipping agent, Violet Leaf Skincare cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including delays and damaged items.
