Where can I find the ingredients list?

Click on the desired product to view the individual product page, and simply click the ingredients tab.

Will your products clog my pores?

We strive to keep all of our ingredients rated between 0-2 on the comedogenic scale.  For more information on specific ingredients and their ratings, click on the "Education Tab" in our header.

Are your products organic?

Our goal is to to use only organic and truly natural ingredients in our products so you can feel safe from the onslaught of chemicals bombarding your skin.

Are your products vegan?

Violet Leaf offers several products that are vegan, and we are developing more each day! Please refer to the description section of the individual product you're looking at.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely! Everything has been developed safely and without the need to test on animals.

Do your products contain gluten?

All Violet Leaf products are gluten free. 

Do your products have an SPF?

No, not at this time, although we are actively working on it! 

Shipping, Returns and Order Related Questions

What are the shipping options?

Violet Leaf pays for your domestic USPS shipping and for a portion of expedited and international shipping. 

When will I received my order?

Typically within 3 days of receiving the shipping notice via email, weather permitting of course. 

What do I do if I don't receive my order?

Every order has a tracking number that will be emailed to you. Please contact us at contact@vlskincare.com if there are any issues. If it gets lost, we’ll take care of it! 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, but currently only to Canada and Mexico. 

Do you ship to a P.O. box?

Yes, as long as your P.O. box is set up to accept packages.

What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied or have any issues, please contact us and we’ll make it right! 

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is in our system, we are unable to make changes to it. 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You will be charged sales tax if we are shipping to an address within Arizona.
